Please include your name, organization or property, the email used for your account, device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots are helpful when available.
Common help topics
Account access: Confirm that your organization has invited you, or create an account from the app onboarding flow.
Camera or photos: Site Control uses these permissions only when you choose to attach evidence. You can update permissions in iOS Settings.
Missing properties or tasks: What you see depends on your role and assigned portfolio. Contact your workspace administrator if a community is missing.
Account deletion: Open Settings while signed in and choose Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with your account.
Privacy or data requests: Email privacy@sitecontrolops.com.
