Privacy at Site Control

This policy explains information handled by the Site Control mobile application and its related cloud services.

Information handled by the app

Site Control may handle account information such as name, email address, role, assigned community, and authentication session details. It may also handle property and portfolio records, audit findings, tasks, reports, photos and captions, and activity needed to operate the property-walk workflow.

How information is used

Information is used to create and manage audits, findings, tasks, reports, and proof of completion; show relevant portfolio and community information; and provide authorized sync when cloud services are configured.

Photos and permissions

The app uses the camera and photo library only when you choose to capture or select evidence. Notification permission is used for local task reminders when you allow it. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings.

Sharing and access

Workspace information is visible to authorized members of its portfolio or community scope, service providers needed for authentication, sync, storage, and hosting, and recipients when a user intentionally shares a report. Site Control does not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

Storage and security

Authentication session tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain. Work records and photos may remain on your device for offline access and may be stored in configured cloud services. Signed-out local records are retained to protect unsynced field work. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Account deletion and retention

A signed-in user can initiate permanent account deletion from Settings in the app. Deletion removes the authentication account, membership, visibility, and personal preferences. A sole-member personal workspace and its stored photos are also deleted. Records in a shared organizational workspace remain under that organization’s control after a member leaves. Operational backups may persist for the service provider’s limited backup-retention period before automatic expiry.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of account information, revoke device permissions in iOS Settings, and contact your organization administrator about role or portfolio visibility. For help with a privacy or deletion request, contact the address below.
